I’ve Got Answers

  • It depends - and I mean that in the best way. Every organization is different, and I’d rather build something that fits your budget and needs than offer a one-size-fits-all package. I work on a project basis, and I’m always happy to have an honest conversation about what’s realistic.

  • You don't have to figure that out before we talk. Most clients come to me knowing something feels off, but not exactly what to fix first. That's what our initial conversation is for. We'll figure out where you are, what's getting in the way, and the right place to start.

  • It varies. A brand strategy project usually runs 8–12 weeks. Marketing strategy can be similar, depending on the scope. For clients who want ongoing support, I also work on retainer, a set number of hours each month for strategic guidance, project support, or fractional CMO-level leadership. We'll figure out what structure makes the most sense for you before we start.

  • I work with nonprofits, small businesses, to medium businesses. Some of my favorite clients are lean organizations doing meaningful work with limited resources. If that's you, let's talk. I'm more interested in fit than size.

  • That's okay. Sometimes a quick conversation is all you need to get clarity on whether now is the right time. And if it's not, I'm happy to point you in the right direction or reconnect when you're ready. No pressure, no pitch.

  • Primarily strategy, but I don't just hand you a document and disappear. I stay involved to help you make it real, whether that's guiding your team, reviewing work, or jumping in on specific projects. We figure out the right level of support together.

  • Yes! In addition to project-based work, I offer retainer arrangements for clients who want consistent strategic support. That might look like a few hours a month for check-ins and gut-checks, or deeper involvement. It's flexible; we build it around what you actually need.
